Beautiful spot right on the lake. The rooms were comfy and easy patio access to a fenced green space to take our dog out. The gym was well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Omg! Where to even start! :) The whole staff etc are beyond mind blowing, accommodating, courteous, professional! Kristi and her event staff went above and beyond their duties and kept us up to date, answered all our dumb silly questions no matter the time of day or day of the week throughout the whole year of wedding planning for the special day! With out you guys our wedding day would’ve not have been the day that stole not only our hearts but our whole family that got to witness your establishment for a week! Wedding premiere suite was a dream come true and both hotels of the prestige in nelson was amazing to deal with and very accommodating even when it came to a bachelor and bachelorette party getting a little too loud and late but staff was amazing about it!!! You guys were so amazing and we could ramble on for hours! Highly highly recommend this as a get away destination, honeymoon stop, romantic couple stop, and no better place to have a wedding reception!!!! Few of the amazing event Staff even helped decorate the night before till 1230 am and take down decoration till 2am the night of wedding! We will be back for a anniversary

The room is clean and well maintained, so is the hotel overall. The location is close to downtown but away from the crowd, especially during the winter season when we visited. The trail between the resort and lake is a nice added value for a short stroll. The view from our room is pretty nice when you wake up in the morning. The exercise room and pool are both above average. We did not try the restaurant because there are better options a few minutes away. One of the concerns we had while staying here was the cover of the AC unit, breaking off a few times after we tried to pushed back in vain. There was no onsite maintenance last night but the front desk girl was able to come up to tape it until a later time. The second night we stayed, they had more people here, our next door guests had a filthy mouth, I could hear him pretty clearly. The room does not have a good sound barrier. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of that.

Front counter staff was friendly amd helpful. Pretty Standard hotel room. Lakeview was nice in the daytime. My only small complaint would be the lack of lighting in the shower/bathtub, made it feel dark with the shower curtain closed. Otherwise a great stay and would stay again.

Great resort in Nelson, right on the water, we had a pet friendly lakeside room on the ground floor. It was perfect and super easy to walk out of the room onto the grass with the dog. It's along a pedestrian walkway along the lake, by the marina. Beautiful views. Service is great. Everyone in town is friendly. Happy place to be. Hotel Restaurant is really good too.

An Absolutely stunning view of the lake and mountains! The room was so clean and the entire property is well maintained. A pool, 24 hour fitness room and 2 on site restaurants, Prestige has it all! It’s a lovely place to stay while in Nelson.

For the love of God, do not stay here. I travel lots for business, so do me a solid never book at this hotel so I can constantly get a Lakeside room. Much appreciated. On a serious note, the staff are amazing. Hotel is always clean close to anywhere. Food options are two blocks away. If you don't want to eat at the hotel and you cannot beat The view in the summertime, sitting on the patio is amazing. If you're fortunate enough to get a Lakeside room, see if you can get one that is on the 2nd or third floor so you can enjoy the view with a nightcap. Great place to be on Canada Day. You can see the celebrations from your hotel room or just step out towards the parking lot and look down towards the bridge for the light show. However, I will reiterate again, never stay here. I always like to get a room for myself. Thank you for your consideration.

We chose to spend the weekend here for our 10th anniversary and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond for us, we appreciate the little details and will absolutely be back!
